Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients who no-show without notice will be charged 100% of the service.
This fee is non-refundable and not applicable toward future appointments.
